Service Description

Setsuna provides real-time text sharing between devices using 6-character room codes. All rooms and messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Setsuna for:

• Sharing illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

No Guarantee

Setsuna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted service
• Data delivery or persistence
• Security of transmitted content

Data Expiration

All rooms and messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours. This is a core feature of the service and cannot be changed. Do not use Setsuna for storing important data.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access to your content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
